The Not So Unruly River in Sunning Hill, St. Thomas

Greetings roadies and welcome back!

This week we're taking you to a little town called Sunning Hill in the 'forgotten' parish of St. Thomas.  Sunning Hill is located in Port Morant, relatively closeby to the area of Bath. They've been calling the river that flows through the community the 'Unruly River' because it is frequented by popular dancehall artiste Popcaan. We saw this river on Instagram a few weeks prior and decided to take the drive out. It's probably about a 2 & 1/2 hour drive from Kingston and basically, we just plugged it into Google maps and walked by faith. Thankfully we made it and it was an awesome day. The main part of the river is what they call 'Unruly' but we decided to take a short hike up to a different section with a mini falls and bigger water hole. This is definitely a nice low key river for you and your friends to go hang out at. It's not crowded and the community people won't bother you.
